No, we do not use bleach, or hydroquinone for that matter. At Peachy Skin Bar we use pharmaceutical grade lightening agents to combat hyperpigmentation.
No, intimate bleaching will not turn your skin white. Our intimate bleaching treatments only target damaged skin cells- fading and lightening hyperpigmentation.
Although hormones and genetics can contribute to darkening of the skin, tight clothes, excessive friction, and shaving can also play a role.
The treatment itself is virtually painless. However, sensitivity varies amongst clients. Following the treatment some clients may have minor discomfort and feel a warm sensation on the treated area.
Each treatment is customized per individual. The number of sessions needed to achieve the clients desired results will depend on the depth of hyperpigmentation.
Typically, a minimum and series of six consecutive treatments is recommended.
Every client is unique, therefore each case is different. Most will notice a visible difference in just a couple of sessions.
Peeling or flaking is not required for the treatment to be effective. Results develop gradually as the active ingredients work to brighten the skin over time. Everyone's skin responds differently, so visible shedding may or may not occur.
No, you do not have to shave before your appointment. Shaving may cause irritation which can lead to sensitivity, papules (bumps), etc. If you are considering shaving, its best to do it at least 3 days prior to your intimate bleaching appointment.
No, a Brazilian wax cannot be combined with intimate bleaching for many reasons. Waxing may be done at least 7 days prior to your intimate bleaching appointment.
You may get intimate bleaching treatments as long as its two weeks after your laser hair removal appointment.
Yes, we do offer intimate bleaching services for males; however, we currently specialize in anal bleaching only for male clients. All treatments are performed with discretion
